creating an account (“Account”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do
not agree to any part of these Terms, we kindly ask that you discontinue using our Services. We
may update these Terms periodically, and your continued use of the Service after changes are
posted will be considered as your acceptance of those updates.

The Service is provided and operated by Sunwin Vibes Limitada, a limited liability company
incorporated under the laws of Costa Rica, bearing company registration number 3-102-935016.
Our registered address is Ofident Building, Office 3, Costa Rican North American Cultural Center,
200M North and 50M East, San Pedro, Barrio Dent, San Jose, Costa Rica. Sunwin Vibes Limitada is
licensed by the State of Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005.
Gambling should always be approached as a form of entertainment. We strongly encourage all
users to play responsibly. If you feel gambling is negatively affecting your life, you have the option
to request self-exclusion. You may do so by emailing our Customer Support team from your
registered email address. We will disable your account within 24 hours of receiving your request
and keep it closed until you notify us otherwise.
3. Your Account
3.1. Registration and Verification
To gain access to our Services, you must first complete the registration process and accept these
Terms. As part of our compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer
(KYC) protocols, you may be required to submit personal identification details, including:

For verification purposes, we may request copies of the following documents:

3.2. Account Eligibility and Usage Conditions

At registration, you will be able to choose your preferred currency from the available options for
deposits, withdrawals, and bets. If your payment method does not support the chosen currency,
our system will automatically calculate conversions using up-to-date exchange rates.
4. Termination and Suspension
These Terms remain in effect from the time you register and continue for as long as you use the
Service. You may choose to close your account at any time by contacting our Customer Support
team. We may suspend or close your account under the following circumstances:
• Violation of any provision in these Terms
• Submitting false or misleading identification or information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Sharing your account with another person
• Using the Service from a restricted jurisdiction
• Attempting to manipulate platform functionality or engage in fraudulent betting behavior
In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel active bets, retain funds (including deposits), and
terminate your access to the Service without advance notice.
We also reserve the right to suspend or close any account if we have reasonable grounds to
suspect a breach of these Terms. We may choose to limit or deny wagers if they appear suspicious
or are intended to bypass system limitations.
5. Restricted Use
You may not use our Service if you fail to meet any eligibility criteria outlined in Section 3 or
engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
• Distributing unsolicited marketing or promotional content
• Manipulating the platform or collaborating with others to gain an unfair advantage
• Data scraping, copying, or infringing our intellectual property
• Participating in or promoting illegal activity of any kind

• Transferring or selling your account or engaging in fund transfers between accounts
If you encounter any system error, glitch, or irregularity, you must report it immediately. Exploiting
such issues may result in liability claims and legal action.
Restricted Jurisdictions
Use of our platform is not permitted in the following countries and

• Spain
• United Kingdom
• United States of America and its territories
• All countries blacklisted by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF)
• Any other jurisdiction deemed restricted by the Company or Anjouan regulatory
authorities 6. Deposits and Withdrawals
You are solely responsible for paying any taxes or fees required by your local laws on any winnings.
If you deposit funds but do not place wagers, an administrative fee may apply when you request a
withdrawal.
Only payment methods registered in your name are accepted. Any foreign currency deposits will
be converted using current market rates, and any related fees will be your responsibility.
Sunwin Vibes Limitada is not a financial institution. Deposited funds are credited only after
confirmation by the payment processor. Your account does not earn interest or carry financial
guarantees.
Withdrawals are subject to our standard review procedures and must meet minimum thresholds.
For AML compliance, if your deposits have not been wagered at least once, a fee of 8% (minimum
€4) may be applied upon withdrawal.
If your balance is ten times greater than your total deposits, withdrawals are limited to €5,000 per

month. Otherwise, the monthly withdrawal cap is €10,000. We reserve the right to decline any
withdrawal request that does not meet our terms or AML criteria.
7. Errors and Corrections
We reserve the right to void any bet or transaction affected by a system or human error. If you are
aware of an error, you are obliged to report it. Any winnings generated from such an error must be
returned, and we reserve the right to recover any overpaid funds and adjust account balances.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content and intellectual property on our websites—including code, databases, graphics,
multimedia content, and trademarks—are the property of Sunwin Vibes Limitada or licensed third
parties. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of this content is strictly prohibited. We
grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the Service for
private, non-commercial purposes. This license is terminated upon account closure or breach of
the Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an “as-is” basis. While we strive to provide reliable functionality, we
do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of the Service at all times. You agree to indemnify us
against any loss or damage resulting from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the lower of €500 or the total value
of wagers placed on the transaction that gave rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Anjouan. Any dispute arising under or in connection with
these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Anjouan courts.
11. Notices and Communication
We will communicate with you through the email address you provided during registration. You are
responsible for keeping your contact details accurate. Notices sent by email are considered
delivered upon transmission.
12. Fraud and Misconduct
Sunwin Vibes Limitada enforces a strict anti-fraud policy. We utilize a combination of automated
systems and manual reviews to identify and prevent fraudulent behavior. Fraudulent activities
include, but are not limited to:
• Creating multiple accounts

• Submitting false or altered documents
• Issuing chargebacks after valid transactions
• Abusing system vulnerabilities or exploiting platform rules
We reserve the right to suspend any account under suspicion of fraud and withhold related funds.
You agree to cover any losses we incur as a result of such actions.
13. Final Provisions
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We
may transfer our rights and responsibilities to another provider under equivalent terms.
If any clause in these Terms is deemed invalid, the remainder will remain enforceable. The English
language version of these Terms will prevail in case of any discrepancies with translated versions.
